Jessica Baumer is an Impact founding faculty member and is thrilled to be a part of the Tacoma team at I|CBE! Originally from Germany, Jessica spent a majority of her childhood growing up in Puyallup, WA, and holds a special place in her heart for the Tacoma community. In 2014, Jessica joined a thriving charter network, IDEA public schools. As a founding team member for two primary schools in San Antonio, TX, she started as a Kindergarten teacher, served as Grade Level Lead, Assistant Principal of Instruction, and Principal in Residence. In 2018, Jessica and her family welcomed their first child and decided to return to their home state of WA for her to continue working with charter schools and focus on closing the opportunity gap. For the last two years, Jessica served as the Assistant Principal of Instruction at Impact | Puget Sound Elementary and is excited to continue this work in and with Tacoma at I|CBE. Ms. Baumer received her Bachelor's degree from Pacific Lutheran University in Communications and her Masters in Teaching from Gonzaga University.
Chassity Hutchins is originally from Alabama and graduated from the University of Alabama at Birmingham with her Masters in Education. She is a 2014 Memphis Teach for America alum. Chassity has been in education for the last 7 years in teaching and leadership roles. She is a talented teacher coach who loves to help teachers and students reach their full potential. Chassity is truly passionate about providing a phenomenal education for every student and she is excited to bring her skills to the West Coast. She is thrilled to join the I|CBE team!
Jenifer Eoff began her career in education as a 5th grade teacher, but ultimately found her true calling in Operations! She is excited to now serve as the Director of Operations for I|CBE in Tacoma. Born and raised in Memphis, TN, Jenifer is a proud graduate of the University of Memphis, where she earned a Bachelor's degree. She also has a Masters degree in Education from Marymount University, and she is currently working on her dissertation as a Ph.D. candidate at Notre Dame of Maryland University in Baltimore, MD.
