Jen Davis Wickens is an equity-driven visionary, organizational strategist, and academic innovator. As the founder of Impact Public Schools, Davis Wickens led the launch of Washington state’s most extensive network of charter schools. She has also led other important educational initiatives across Washington state, including serving as Summit Public Schools’ Chief Regional Officer and directing the institution’s growth and evolution to out-of-state schools. Davis Wickens was Vice President of Teaching and Learning at Envision Schools and the Founding Principal of Impact Academy.

For her undergraduate studies, Davis Wickens attended Willamette University. She continued her education at Seattle University, obtaining a Master’s degree in education. She attended the New Leaders for New Schools accreditation program, training as a school administrator and earning qualifications that would allow her to succeed at the highest level of instruction and leadership. Jen was awarded the prestigious Stanford Principal Fellowship and thrived as an educator and innovator in every school setting.

Davis Wickens leverages her commitment to education and excellence for civic engagements as well. She is on the board of Othello Square, a committed volunteer with the National Charity league and an active participant of Seattle’s Young President’s Organization.

Davis Wickens is married and has two young daughters (and a dog). In her spare time she likes to spend time in nature with her family, on adventurous hikes and low-key trails across the Pacific Northwest.
