Caroline Dutzi

Assistant Principal
Caroline Dutzi is incredibly excited to continue as a part of the Salish Sea Elementary community as Assistant Principal. This marks her sixth year with Impact Public Schools, where she has grown tremendously as both an educator and a leader. Caroline is passionate about creating joyful, inclusive, and empowering school environments where every student feels seen, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
