• Is your family set up in ParentSquare and receiving messages from the school?
• Is ParentSquare set up in the correct language for your family?

• Do you have uniforms for your scholar to start the school year?
  • New scholars will receive a uniform shirt at Open House
  • You can purchase additional uniform shirts at frenchtoastschoolbox.com (school code: QS5SEFE), and all other items can be purchased at the store of your choice
  • If your family requires uniform assistance, please complete the Uniform Assistance Form.

• Did you receive your backpack and pickup tags during Open House or at the school building before the first day?
• Did you complete the Dismissal Survey in ParentSquare? This survey is critical to share your dismissal plans with the school and is required to sign up for the school bus for the beginning of the year.
• Do you have a plan to arrive at the first day of school between 7:45am and 8:10am? If you need support, please contact your school directly.

Has your child completed all of the required immunizations to start school?

If your child has a health need, email schoolnurse@impactps.org and ensure you complete all necessary health paperwork.

If your child has health-related dietary restrictions, complete the Dietary Needs Form and send to the school nurse at schoolnurse@impactps.org. Any other dietary needs or concerns, please contact your Director of School Operations.

If your child has any special education needs or an Individualized Education Plan, email scholarsupport@impactps.org to confirm all documentation has been received.
